Sync enrolments

The sync enrolments feature enables Course Hub to check a student's status in a connected LMS. This means that:

1: If a student has completed the course, it can be marked as 'done' in Course Hub

2: If the course has finished and the student has not completed the course, it can be marked as 'incomplete' in Course Hub.

Once activated, student enrolment status can be found in the Enrolments section of the administrator dashboard, under 'Enrolment status' and on the student profile page.

Based on this status, administrators can then set up processes that are triggered by a student's status change. This includes:

1: Email individual students a certificate when they complete a course. (Must create email template and certificate first to set up this process)

2: Email students to confirm that the course has finished, and prompt them to get in touch to extend access.

3: Send students a 'congratulations for completing the course' email.
