Move enrolment

From the administrator dashboard in the Enrolments tab, it is possible to move a student's enrolment to a different course (offering) and intake.

Click the actions menu next to the enrolment you would like to change, select 'move enrolment'

A pop up will appear enabling you to move the enrolment to another intake.

When moving an enrolment, it performs two actions in the LMS - it removes the enrolment the student is currently in, and then enrols them in the intake / course you select. It will also change the enrolment in Course Hub as well. So in effect, it would be as if the student enrolled themselves, except without having to go through the registration process - as such, it will reset the date they enrolled as it's a brand new enrolment. The student record remains the same in both Course Hub and the LMS.

Please Note moving the enrolment does not change any purchase amount the student may have already paid.
