How to email an intake
From the Offerings menu, select the offering which you would like to send an email for.
Click into any active intakes for the offering. In the 'Emails' menu, you can then compose an email to send to all students in that offering's intake.

From this screen, you can draft a new email, select from previously saved drafts and/or use a pre-existing template. Once you have created a draft you can save, test or send to the cohort.
To modify email templates, visit the Marketing menu and select 'email templates'
From this screen you can create plain text email templates and create branded html templates, with options to modify the email header and footer. The default branding option will use the same style as the email templates created during your Course Hub implementation for receipts and enrolment confirmation.
