How to publish an offering

Offerings can have one of the following two statuses: 'published' or 'unpublished'.

An offering that is 'published' is accessible and viewable via it's URL. If it's assigned to a catalogue, learners can see that offering in the catalogue and click through to the offering page.

An offering that is 'unpublished' is not accessible or viewable via it's URL. They are not included in catalogues if they are currently assigned to one. As an administrator, you do have the ability to preview the offering page.

If an offering is 'unpublished' and you with to publish it, simply go to the 'Offerings' list, find the offering and from the actions menu select 'publish'.
