How to add a catalogue

Catalogues offer a way for organisations to group and promote offerings. A catalogue is simply a collection of offerings (or a list of offerings if you will).

To start, click on 'Catalogues' from the left navigation bar. This will bring you to the listing of all catalogues. The list will show you the catalogue name, the status (published/unpublished), number of offerings and other high level information. Click on the 'Add catalogue' button to create your new catalogue.

There are two steps in adding an offering:

  1. Edit content
  2. Edit settings

In the Edit content tab, begin to populate the basic information such as the catalogue name, sub-title, banner image etc.

You can add additional content via the description area using our templated blocks (see the article on how to use blocks)..

Click next to move to the settings page. This is where you can begin to add offerings to the catalogue.

In the Assign offerings dropdown, select the offerings that you want to be included in the catalogue. You have the option to assign all offerings if you wish. Once selected, click on the Assign offerings button to add them.

If your account is enabled to utilise the CSV upload, then please refer to the 'How to edit a catalogue' for information on how to upload offerings in bulk.

Complete the additional setting such as the published state and SEO fields before clicking on 'Save' to save the catalogue.
